Now normal process has resumed, let's see what this leg session will work out as. I'm aiming to see what I can do with 140kg over my shoulders.

Damn. Grab a random I think I go through about 4-5 different spotters over the course if a week haha, you really only need someone for the extra 5kg or so they take off. I even use delvis sometimes!

Honestly though, your bench has got to be a mind over matter thing right now, your other lifts have come on really well, it's surely just a confidence thing, get under it and own it :)
