Sorry guys, haven't checked here. Rest of the gym finally arrived on Saturday although I haven't set it up to check it's the right stuff yet; the delivery note says 145kg barbell set when it's meant to be the 185kg set....
As for cutting, nah I've properly fallen off the wagon with training and eating this last week, although this week should see me returning! My Mum's accident has left me getting up at 5:30 to walk the dogs and look after her, the lack of gym has meant getting home after work and being so tired has drained any enthusiasm to then get back in the car and drive to the other gym, and last weekend involved breaking up with my ex.
So a bad week for any consistency and routine, but now is the time.
