Yeah it's all over the place. This was my first session since Thursday. Got a lot going on at home, still not got the home gym sorted yet, so I'm just in a constant state of flux. Hopefully get some stability back soon, but what with getting up half hour earlier (5:30am yo) to walk the dogs every day while my Mother is on bed rest is going to take it's toll.

Sorry guys, haven't checked here. Rest of the gym finally arrived on Saturday although I haven't set it up to check it's the right stuff yet; the delivery note says 145kg barbell set when it's meant to be the 185kg set....

As for cutting, nah I've properly fallen off the wagon with training and eating this last week, although this week should see me returning! My Mum's accident has left me getting up at 5:30 to walk the dogs and look after her, the lack of gym has meant getting home after work and being so tired has drained any enthusiasm to then get back in the car and drive to the other gym, and last weekend involved breaking up with my ex.

So a bad week for any consistency and routine, but now is the time.

The benches at Grants gym are far too narrow, which massively put me off the 100kg set and the third 90kg set. But was still a strong session.
 
Know that feeling using a narrow bench! Fortunately my current bench is just right.
 
After a week off with illness and still in recovery mode, back to it. This week is going to kill me, DOMS from a lack of training whilst post-illness is just going to be horrible.
