Spider-Man (PS4)

Great news; this needed to be a 9 for me to keep my preorder as it’s one of those games that something must be massively wrong if it isn’t. Can’t wait to fire this up on the ks8000!
 
So as I've mentioned before, this game was the sole reason for me switching sides and grabbing a PS4.

Is this going to look good on my new OLED even though I'm playing it on a Slim and not a Pro?
 
Assuming you get hdr on the slim then yes it’ll look really good. However you owe it to that tv to get a pro. Having the game in much higher resolution reduces any upscaling jaggies dramatically and everything looks so much better. I even find that the hdr effect seems to be improved in higher res. Basically it’s really impressive. Love the pro: super bang for buck.

Yep thought the same. A full story style dlc trailer went up yesterday which soured me even more and made me want to just buy the game second hand to limit the support :D but then you have to imagine it's the big wigs at Sony pushing this stuff, not insomniac directly so it's tricky
