I hate sprouts!![]()
Half em, chuck em in a roasting pan with roughly chopped shallots, season and drizzle with oil, then into the oven on it's hottest temperature for 20 minutes.
Take out, drizzle generously with balsamic then finish the seasoning.
You can add other stuff such as bacon/chestnuts/blue cheese to taste.
Boiled/steamed sprouts are terrible, roast are godly.
Now there Mrs Seabiscuit, you are clearly missing Sprouty Sprout Cake in you life.
