If this was a Ubisoft release it would be getting absolutely pilloried. I'm still enjoying it despite the ridiculous bugs and very questionable AI, much like Star Wars Outlaws.

It’s way less janky than the original.

Sounds like OG was unplayable then judging by the reports in here, jesus.

Sure it will be fine after a few more patches, and not playing on GP.

1.1.3 has broken shader build, crashes during game load up/shader built.

If games auto patches you're screwed, as need to go back to 1.1.2. I can't be arsed as it means uninstalling, reinstalling, then installing 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 and those aren't small patches either.

Wait until the next patch comes out...o

What about enemies spawning out of nowhere etc, is that still happening?
 
Everything was fine for me and I sank over 20hrs into it. Then I got to a cut scene where a key character was invisible. This caused me to be soft-locked because the next cut scene would not start after this as when this happens it's the sign of a larger bug causing other key characters to either be invisible or not where they're supposed to be. I had to use a console mod to teleport the character to the location I was supposed to meet them which causes the cut scene to start so I can carry on.

With this in mind I've stopped playing through the story until it's patched again and for now am just doing side quests and going after stashes.

I get the odd lock-up when doing the shader compile, possibly 1 in 6/7, but works the next time.

I do see groups occasionally spawning out of nowhere, and the intelligence the odd time is off, in that the odd one in a warehouse or whatever doesn't react to my presence.

But nothing that is killing the deal for me.
 
Really want to enjoy this game but I’ve got to the mission Dead Frequency and I’ve a horrible feeling that I’ve killed whoever I was meant to talk to to proceed.

Been to each of the markers but can’t find anyone left alive to talk to.

TBF, they attacked me! Annoyingly it may have been before I even started this mission so going back a few game saves isn’t going to work as I’m way past that point now.
 
I've reached the point of no return in the main story. Still have loads of completely unexplored places - many significant looking ones - on the map but not sure if I can bothered or should just get it finished.

Realise I can always go back to an earlier save but not sure I'll have the motivation. Bit annoying that there's no post-ending continuation, odd for an open-world game.

I went to play last night, didn't realise there was another patch over a hundred gigabytes on Gamepass version as haven't used my computer over Christmas/NY. Fine, let that update. Launch newly updated game, hangs at 30% or so shader compile. **** this. The game has no respect for the player's time, I'm out. Only 3 hours into it, CBA to go back

If it's the 1.1.3 version that's the one with crash during shader build.

Yeah downgrade to 1.1.2? Lol
