If that translates into the actual gameplay with everything else going on, and the devs deep dive above they say the zone is in 20 areas, each area could be a game in itself, and that the entire zone is seamless - Sounds like they are leveraging Nanite to its fullest and maybe even some type of DirectStorage/RTXIO for the seamless loading maybe.
