Star Trek Online

How's the PvP population now? Has it filled out or still quite empty? It's only a fiver at gamersgate and me and a mate are bore stiff with nothing to play atm.

PVP community is pretty good, theres not much waiting at all at max level. It helps a little when its arena or cap n hold dailies though.

Does anyone know what the best arrangement for tactical consoles is?

I have 3 forward fireing Tetryon Dual Heavy cannons, one quantum torpedo launcher. On the rear I have 2 tetryon turrets and a phaser turret. Once I find/make another tetryon turret I'll switch it with the phaser turret.

I have a +tetryon console and a +cannon console along with a +quantum and a +torpedo console.

I've read somewhere that the consoles stack, so is it better for me to get a +cannon console to replace the +tetryon console or is it better to replace the +cannon for a +tetryon?

Tactical consoles stack. All my energy Weapons are Phaser so in my r-defiant I roll with 4 phaser relay Consoles.

I gave in and just grabbed two copies from gamersgate, can't really go wrong at that price. I'll be starting again as my mate hasn't played before and fancy doing KDF this time, have they filled out the content much on that side now? I've read a few snippets of patch notes where they've added some repeatable missions etc but i've not seen a whole lot.

Played KDF during the beta but it was a bit sparse for things to do at slow times when waiting for pvp matches to pop so rolled Feds when it went retail, but i tend to prefer the not so goody two shoes sides in games.

KDF has a lot more now, you can do all the weekly's the feds get and theres a few KDF only ones out.

The foundry is starting to come online now with user generated content becomming available. Theres only a couple at the moment, but once they have ironed out the bugs with it, I think the Trekkers will get right into it and make masses of content.

Cheers Wilderbeast.

I just logged on to my Fed for the first time since a few weeks to a month after the game came out and am lost looking at the skill menus etc so its probably a good thing i'll be starting again lol. It seems to have given me a free level, or something too. Tons of crap were rolling up my screen when i logged in and it's now Rear Admiral Lower half 3, whatever that is. All i can remember is i was either capped or near being capped when i played.

It will be good , no doubt at all, but theirs a few bugs yet to sort out and season 4 is now on the horizon.

Crtypic have a lot more changes to implement so id hold onto your hats, as its going to be a great roller coaster!

it's a great game, pretty uniqe and all but just after 4 maxed toon's i get bored with it too easy now :'( such a shame too

Well reached Vice Admiral 1 and I seem to have reached the skill point cap

So how do you level up now or is that it ?

I noticed all skill points earned now go to the BO's only ?
