May have to look into joining a fleet looking at the massive focus on that now.

Ah well, here is lookin forward to someone doing sto 2 that has some balls and money behind em to actually do a proper job and that isnt action orientated but more like klingon academy and starfleet academy type of sim trek games.
 
it's not really a factor of money, just CBS (and any other holders of trek ip) being tight and not giving freedom to cryptic plus that and the die hard fans who think star trek is real and that a game based (loosely) on an ip will ruin the whole feel of it just pathetic, plus the fact that PWE picked them up it was bound to flop.

Cryptic are far to small for an IP of that magnitude, and there dev team are smaller than most indie games, and most of the 'good' ones have abandoned ship due to how PWE roll.

fails all day long, promised content that has yet to be delivered and many other faults.

PWE are the gods of cash shop items, especially there almost patented trademark rip off lottery items :p
 
Re-Installed last week and have levelled to 23, already have enough 'rare' lock boxes stuck in my inventory that I would have to spend several times more then a new game in order to open them all.

Nasty little money grabbing scheme.

Reasons like this id rather pay a sub per month than support the majority of p2p models.

if anyonehas spare kit, we need it donated to the build a starbase fund

its sad to say as i been a member of our fleet since STO started but think im going to move onto a fleet thats active.

I'll take a look @ the permissions now.

In case anyone has missed it, the special Friday the 13 mission is available now until sometime tomorrow, get a unique Doff for completing the mission.

JGBR swapped his main toon out..

The Starbase assignments are going to be a pain to complete. Even doing 3 or 4 events I only got about 40 marks and the assignments start at 160 marks. Large fleets are going to do ok, 1 man fleets are gonna be (the past tense of a nail with a helical thread around it).

So to get to the good stuff.. is gonna take a while.. to say the least.
