Equally likely is the producer/writers don't even know there was a D and an E
I'm ashamed to ask if the baddie woman commanding the other ship is someone we already know? I don't seem to recognize her.
It's Honey Bunny. She's annoyed that Tarantino didn't direct a Star Trek movie.

BarclayLore and Moriarty - wow, is there any interesting secondary characters from TNG that haven't been back yet? Next they'll be bringing Nagilum back.
Enterprise F, meh. Would have preferred to see the E again. Why has Lore suddenly got human skin tone? Too much budget spent on the ships so Spiners makeup had to suffer?
Certain shots in that trailer make the first ship thats getting a kicking look like the original refit Enterprise, at least from the saucer up.
The clip showing the female spinning round in the chair, the background looks very reminiscent of the Scimatar meeting scene with picard and co meeting his clone.
So, in the trailer, you see our hero ship of season three. It’s actually a class that’s called, in Starfleet slang, the Neo-Constitution class or Constitution III. It’s based on a design by fan Bill Krause. Let’s say there are a few fan-designed ships that are canonized this season in the fleet.

I quite liked good ol broccoli
No doubt Lore has been up to something and there will be a small explanation about his skin.
The old looking ship getting a kicking is the Titan-A it's got a very TMP look and feel to its Hull and design. As its based on the constitution class.

Maybe Moriarty is the good guy trying to stop Lore.
