TBH, you can skip both the first two series of TNG and Picard, so at least they are consistent.
The Raffi cut away were tolerable this time around.
Overall, another solid episode for me.
I am finding that i'm sat wanting to know what happens next when the credits roll. As opposed to Discovery where sometimes, I feel like i'm just waiting for the credits to roll.
Vadic appears to be quite cold & calculating in battle, almost emotionless.

Another good episode. One of the few programmes I am watching and not drifting off during.

Everyone keeps saying episode 4 is one of (if not the) best in the season. Only a week left to go! 
we get to see the Enterprise F at high warp en route to DS9

Raffi - "Woah, Worf", said like a Wish Bill and Ted. "Pilot on" - dude? And then the over dramatic delivery "and then *pause* you *pause* decide *pause* to help get *pause* a *pause* 117*pause* people *pause* killed*pause*" Kill her with fire. Worse than Michael's breathless line delivery.
Picard - "Call me Number 1" - lol
Question, LeForge was relieved after a 36hr shift (no Union?) and it was said to take up to 2hrs to repair Warp. How was she back at the helm when the Titan was first found?!
Wasn't sure about the disagreement between Picard and Riker - seemed a bit hammy and over the top. They had encountered many similar incidents as Captain and No1 without this amount of drama!
And..........portal weapon was cool!
Another v good episode - imagine if S1 and 2 were of this standard?!
Oh and Beverly is a GILF.

Just one for sure.What's the kill count like in episode three? It's usually pretty high in Picard.
