Ea/dice wants to simplify for the console kid generation.
get used to it as there will be more of that in coming games.
 
Be interesting to see if some of the issues from the demo were fixed, invisible walls, crap aircraft handling, totally OTT sensitivity when controlling turrets being some of the more obvious ones.

It's hard one to answer that as I totally acknowledge the Star Wars IP elevates this game to a different level.

The licence is definitely key point and it does gloss over the games shortcomings but I can live with that solely because of my inner nerd :p

If this was Battlefield Black Ops XI I'd expect more!
 
So obviously quite a few people have unlocked it on Origin. I have it preloaded but whatever I do it won't unlock.

I've tried on a South Korean VPN and also a Japanese one and changed my system time setitng to said countries. It just always says November 19th.

Any ideas please?

I am in the US mate and even mine says the 19th when it should read the 17th. I will wait till tomorrow and if it hasn't release bitch and moan to Origin. Worse case will try a VPN. If you have luck post back as I might need to follow you down that route.
 
Is it released in the uk on the 17th? I pre ordered off cd keys 4 ago and just noticed they are saying we will get the game key on the 18. Had a look on origins and it says pre order for the 19 ? I am confused
 
Looking at some footage it appears that the "heroes" health no longer slowly ticks down? There's some footage with Boba Fett and his only goes down when he's hit, as opposed to Vader and Skywalker in the demo who's health slowly went down regardless.


16 minute mark for fett.

Tempted to try it out, flyvpn refuses to connect for me :(

Thats a different game mode I believe. Could be wrong though.
