yeah you are right just checked and it does say DX12Enable for the Render. Interestingly if you type it in render.DX12enable it then says

Win32 status : Failure

yet I am on Win10.

Couple of things I spotted you can assign the same key to more than one function. ie I can have DEL assigned to Jump and Crouch at the same time that needs fixing.
What was the other thing now. Oh yes I spawned on top of a gun turret but couldnt jump off!


For single player fans judging by the menu options looks like you can do the MP battles with just you and AI. eg Hoth 39 bots and you. :)

How come you can play it now? Mine says oct 9th it unlocks

the devs have confirmed already battlefield 5 is only going to have it.

keep believing it may never happen and make the choice of buying it easier.:D

I'm not buying the game, so don't really care. If it shipped with DX12 out of the box it would have made more sales for those who are curious about how the game performs. I only would have bought this game if it had a single player campaign but when EA took over the game from WD they scrapped it iirc.

Haha, nope - the beta visually, not looking at player models etc I have to say, the game does look nice.

Can't speak for the gameplay though, some of the hit boxes etc look unfinished.

Dunno I might give the beta a go, still not going to buy it.
 
Ten of us won keys to access game yesterday in ocuk compo. Played it for bout 3 hours last night. Quite enjoyed it apart from darth Vader and luke Skywalker running about all over the place on surface of hoth armed only with light sabres.

Imperials seem to win everytime. Quite fun sneaking upto shield generators then taking over gun turret and blasting rebels as they come out of hangar. Have not fivurdd out yet hos to get into the fighters etc

As for dx12 no reason they don't patch it to dx12 after bf5 release. Its already capable in the engine.
