Money well saved no one talks about it after a few months...same faith as BFH
Man no-one is talking about it after a few weeks, it's better than HL but HL has some depth to it at least.

Same although it was more than aimbot, the guy in my game one hit killed me with a blaster when I spawned as hero
Would be interesting to see server player numbers!

I still think its fun, but just for an hour or so stint. I'm intrigued to see where it goes, so shallow but still think it has promise there somehow.
people never watch the flanksWow, IIRC that is worse than hardline this close to launch
The game already has a smaller playerbase than BF4, and it hasn't even been out for a month yet!

Looks great. The sharpness is what makes the biggest difference imho.
Brings out all the detail with out adding too much shimmering.
Also adds a noticeable green/red colour filter which might be too strong depending on your monitors' settings.
Works better on Endor & Tatooine than it does on Hoth though. It's a bit too bright on there.

The 4k video just looks f'in awesome.
That's the dream. While you guys might not think much of battlefront, no doubt about it, there will be more games down the line that use that tech. It'll likely be a story driven game, but watching that video, all I had was star wars galaxies running through my head.

While I think the casual statement is some bs cover for them dropping the ball it does kind of tie in to all the massive hype surrounding the movie... you could put an empty case on the shelf this time of year and some collector will snap it up without even bothering to open it just because of the franchise, and these days people are nuts about their memorabilia.
They are laughing all the way to the bank if anybody actually forked over more than £20 for this.
It may be visually immersive but that does not cut it for a predominately online experience. There has to be more to it when you market to an online audience (even if casual)
Thats why the likes of GTA manage to thrive, they balls up the online experience but made sure there was still infact a playable game in there somewhere.
That real life mod almost makes you want to play the game though
