OMG that's you? I was on that server then! I was in Incareporated before they disbanded, best horde PvE guild :D

you didnt really need pvp gear pre tbc since resiliance never existed, the only thing that pvp gear gave you over pve gear was more stamina, but thankfully i was in a top raiding guild and so my pve gear was better than the available pvp gear :P

Thats one reason why I like TBC.

Liked pvp, hated Raiding....but raiding gear was good for pvp.

Yep that was lame. PvE gear = best for PvE and PvP. Stupid tbh. PvP gear was way harder to get and it was crap, especially before they upgraded it. The only thing was the weapons which were probably the best in the game up until Naxxramas.

helped friends get to rank 14 many times, no need for me to do it personally was in naxx/aq40 epics and weapons :P

ya got rank14 then my account got hacked, rerolled tauren druid a year later now just doing arena with some mates top 5 in 2v2 3v3 5v5, game is boring me tho so bad want WAR to be released.

wheres kixi and luke these days? they still playing?

@utajoker : you're a warrior for christs sake, my full pvp healer druid finds warriors one of the toughest classes, seriously. Get mortal strike up, keep charging and keep pwning. warriors > resto druids.

its hard to keep ms up when your cyclone spamed or there travel form/ ranged nuke spamming. i got 1 intercept every 20 seconds, they got instant healers crazy hots and can cast everything while moving.

a decent geared/skilled healer druid is almost invinsible 1 on 1.

one time i caught 1 afk got him to 50% he cycloned me healed up and then killed me cos i couldnt outdamage the heals

put points in improved intercept, 5secs less CD

get 4 parts of arena gear, another 5secs less CD

make sure u have a pvp shield to spell reflect casters & stop getting killed quickly by lots of mobs.

its not hard to beat a resto druid if you are quick. cat form really is a pain in the butt but u can spamm hamstring just as the druid in cat trys to get away and as it shapeshifts out again to hot or remove slow u intercept and ms it and ** nuke half its health.

the druids i come accross in pvp are full merciless or better crits dont happen, they also have like 10k hp.

intercept is down from 30 seconds to 20 seconds with the 2 things u said.

spamming hamstring needs rage which there is a lack off when 1 on 1, spell reflect has quite a cooldown and is easily spotable and wasted on a crap spell, it doesnt always work.ive had healer druids kill me in bear form, swith out when half hp pop the hots they back to bear to finish me.

They are overpowerd atm. i normaly just run away from them now.

<- 11.3k HP unbuffed (caster), 419 Res Resto Druid :D

You forgot we will keep demo roar on you!

Intercept is on a 15 sec CD when all bonuses/talents are applied.

Anyway, I am the 1st to admit that its extremely hard for Warriors against me, I have just too many outs.

We are overpowered vs warriors - sure. But then Warriors are OP vs Rogues, so its swings and roundabouts imo.

That said, good warriors can make it much more difficult. You must have the 15 sec intercept as someone said above. With the 4 second stun, that effectively gives me 11 seconds to get away and out of los (assuming you spell reflect/pummel/trinket roots or cyclone). Being a Gnome helps as well. You can also use your fear if you feel its a good time (they are about to get away).

If you use hamstring and piercing howl effectively you can minimise the time Druids spend without MS up. If you are being tanked in bear the druid will have to shift out eventually so save your cooldowns and rage for when it happens.

Thats all I can think of right now.

sorry my mistake it is a 15 sec cooldown on intercept(3 years of wow down the drain :p)

its also very dificult to keep the hamstring/piercing shout up with a lack of rage. with druids travel form spamming u dont get many hits in and the rage u do get is used on an intercept or an ms. druids = turn run

druids are one of the nemisis classes but i dont no what class can go into a fight with a druid knowing they got a 99% chance to win, as you say we are rogues nemisis but not with all the things they can do, its still dificult to win against them.

one 2v2 i was in it came down to me and a rogue at pretty much 100% hp, the rogue sprinted off stealthed, saped did an attack stun combo ran off stealthed again, saped stuned ran until i was dead i couldnt trinket as i used that to get out of an earlier sap. fight ended with rogue on 90% and me dead.

i think wars have got the worst end of the stick against almost all other classes, the only class i know i can kill with no problems is a fire lock, a dot lock i would kill but dots would finish me off.

admitidly i normaly do well in the bgs but i normaly have a healer on me. but needing a healer to win in an effectivly 1v1 fight is pretty poor.

but lets not turn this thread in to one of the other 100 on the warrior forums :p

its hard being a warrior is all.

Only the overpowered classes use the 'swings and roundabouts' or the 'we're your counterclass' argument :p

Pretty much every successful team in the recent tournament had one thing in common: a druid healer. However it's not really the fault of people playing an OP class - hey I'd love to be one myself. It's also not their fault that the WoW PvP system is so absurd that serious PvPers have to level and gear up a whole new class from scratch when the new flavour of the month is revealed.

Priests are as popular in 3's (RMP). Admittedly Druids can be used in more combinations though....and Paladins/Shamans could do with a buff in the 2's and 3's.

Druids are too strong in 2's, for sure.

Nowhere to be seen in 5's, but no one seems to talk/care about that.

FWIW in 1v1 Locks/Shadowstep Rogues own Resto Druids.

im teamed with a disc priest in 2v2, were at a rating of 1450 but were still gearing up, 3/4 of teams we come up against have a druid healer. decent healer druid teamed with any dps in a 2v2 pretty much guarentees you a 1700+ rating.
