I remembered the pass for my 7digit steam id. But my 4 digit (Yes i was playing for a long time haha) I cannot remember the email i used as my login/reset pass or even the password gutted

I've got a very low one too, apparently it makes you pro even if you haven't played CS for years.

Open up CS:S, go into console and type status. next to your name it will say steam_0:0314 or somthing like that, count the digits after the : and thats it

Im not bothered about not having the 4digit because it's low, but on that account was what i used for CAL and it had quite abit of cal-m exp on it, so if i wanted to start playing again id have to start again

Signed up for the hell of it, I game with a PC but I use my 3 years old white MacBook when away from home, in bootcamp it actually plays Source engine-based games pretty well on lowest details, played many hours of TF2 on it , this is with integrated intel graphics

Let's just hope the devs convert a good amount of the current game to run on the mac.

There is a potential for a lot of sales of older games, not just the source stuff for the FPS fans.

Games have historically been second in the world of Apple, so it will be interesting to see the demand on GPU and processing power and if that changes with a TV console that uses iPhoneOS for games bought through iTunes..

Apple.

Valve just see a growing market and they want to tap it. As there is zero content stores for games on the mac currently. Half the reason why steam was so successful is that it was a) first to market and b) very good software after the first few releases.

I'd expect to see D2D, EA etc to follow shortly.

Had a search around last night on the Steam forums, apparently the word is singular and the word is April. Guessing they're giving themselves a wide margin during the beta test, I reckon we'll get this around the 23rd... or the 30th.
