Can't watch the video right now but if this is still GN on the Honey thing the problem is GN had a point last time about their reviewing practices, this time is really comes across like he's just targeting LTT when it's something dozens if not hundreds of channels were in.

The Linus thing is because Linus community asked Linus why he didn't say anything, Linus then said on his podcast that even though he knew about the scam years ago, he didn't want to publicly talk about it. What GN attacked was why Linus didn't out the scam back when he knew about it

GN used to be fair.y good ‘tech’ source if you wanted the engineering approach to things, and LTT used to be great for reviews etc..

As their channels grew, both went down the pan:
GN - delivery style is unwatchable to me, he’s not the best engineer in the world so that’s also cringey for me to watch and he’s a whiner.
LTT - The biggest shill ever, totally fake delivery style, his staff are generally idiots that come across as being knowledgeable and he just does everything for clicks, terrible late reviews that go against all other outlets and I can’t trust buying anything based of an LTT review anymore.

LTT is a monster of an outfit and it’s a case study in shilling and click bait these days.. I loved Linus in the early days, I still have a Logitech G710+ based on his review back in they day, but when he started moving premises and I saw him hire donuts purporting to be specialists and seeing the obvious mistakes being made in his testing setups I just gave up.

Both have built up reputations they seemingly now want to defend to the hilt even when it’s just about saving face

I can't watch Gamers Nexus as I find his style tedious. Apparently he gets referred to as Tech Jesus where in reality, for me, he's more Tech Bore Me to Death.

He definitely does some boring stuff, like a several dozen minute video spent analysing the convexity shape of CPU cooler blocks only to show it makes 1c difference in temperature, like who cares right

Have you guys read Linus letter? Linus says BBC/CNN are examples of honest journalism that Steve should follow

Anyone who thinks the BBC is honest or has integrity has fallen off
