Conditioning was completely out - whilst the weight was easy, my legs were not enjoying it. SNATCH GRIP SLDL (10) 75-75-75 SPLIT SQUAT (10) 20-X Old injury having none of this.

Feels good... Although a "graunch" event a couple of days ago (shoulder randomly grinds around in its socket doing an entirely normal thing like lifting a hand) appears to have made my right shoulder a bit unhappy.
