Deadlifts were gross... But very awesome, too.
 
Ooooooh... No deadlift squat day. First time in nearly six months... I can't see this ending badly at all...

POWER SNATCH (5) 40(5)-60(5)-70(3)-70(3) Brain gave out on the first 70kg set... But soon recovered.
BACK SQUAT (8) 70-70-75-75 That will hurt tomorrow! Conditioning was completely out - whilst the weight was easy, my legs were not enjoying it.
SNATCH GRIP SLDL (10) 75-75-75
SPLIT SQUAT (10) 20-X Old injury having none of this. :(

And that is enough to have me John Wayne-ing for the weekend. So much leg pump, however... :cool:

Considering your last session was 90kg a 25kg jump is quite a good jump with off time factored in. I certainly wouldn't be complaining

Feels good... Although a "graunch" event a couple of days ago (shoulder randomly grinds around in its socket doing an entirely normal thing like lifting a hand) appears to have made my right shoulder a bit unhappy.

You've just Gotta chalk the bad weeks up sometimes. Still better to have shifted SOME iron than none at all.
