Urgh. Trogging soil and hardcore in an effort to shift the kids' playhouse. That was a workout in and of itself. :o

Loads different mate - lighting or not, that's a pretty lean back. Fat stomachs are meant to be there, it's a sign of true power. And the thing with a big stomach, is that as soon as you tense, pow, abs. Best of both worlds :p

Thanks - it looks a lot less awesome now having basically done two weeks of cardio in the Isle of Wight and back home. :(
