Hamstrings and glootz are still sore, and now my chest is going to be stinging. Still no squatting, but I reckon another fortnight won't make any difference in terms of losses...

Playing with machines at the work gym and wound up using the back squat sled machine with single leg and two thirds of the stack... not very interesting...
Deadlifting... because it was a bit late to get too busy with anything else.

It's getting easier all the time. I just need to get consistent with training (he keeps saying).
Oh, and the sled machine? Turns out two days after was interesting: it completely destroyed my glutes to the point I felt like I was sitting on shattered glass!
