Anyone think he bit the blokes throat out & drank his blood turned him into a Vampire then killed his family.
Why should the Team/Nation/Supporters be punished ?

You lot are a bunch of Drama Queens & have obviously been wrapped in cotton wool all your lives, Bunch of Jessys. :p

Talk about missing the point...:p

If it was a first time offence then people wouldn't be so up in arms about it. But this is the third time he has done it and enough is enough.

Why should other football players have to put themselves at risk of getting rabies or something. It's not about punishing his team, fans or nation, its about him understanding you can't go around biting people.

Really? We live in a ****ed world when a footballer has a little nibble of another player and there's so called universal outrage yet every day genuinely horrific things happen and 99% of people don't give a *****.

Football's the world's biggest pantomime and football supporters on the whole have very few morals when it comes to football. Every club going has had a **** play for them at one point and supporters of that club, on the whole don't care about what they get up to as long as they win their team 3 points on the Saturday.

That's because it's absolutely not normal for a grown man to bite another man, especially during a game of sport and when that game happens to be the highest level that is the world cup.

Players are human beings and are subject to split second reactions, especially when the adrenaline is flowing. Whilst unacceptable, I wouldn't find it weird should a player throw a punch at a player who has gone through them, studs showing. Biting someone when there hasn't been any provocation from them (which is the case here and with Ivanovic), is just weird and wrong.

fifa the "non-profit organization" could accept a pay off ;), The dm has like 9 stories on this, Never go full retard, they must be hurting with his 2 magical goals.

You could apply that logic to anything and everything because more horrific things happen in the world. It's a game watched by millions and we try to teach our children behaviour like that must be stopped at pre-school. If you don't smash actions like that you are sending a message that it's alright because much more horrific things happen every day in the world.

Ferguson got put in prison for a repeat offence of violence. Should he in your view have got off because it was a half hearted bit of minor head contact and much worse things happen every day in Somalia and no one cares :p It's bad enough footballers not respecting the ref, let alone brushing over these actions because he's one of your own.

He literally had no need, 3rd best player in the world. Showed his class against England with two touches and highly sought after. Yet it's someone else's fault again. He should be made to play with a gumshield. If the gum shield comes out he has to leave the field.

When asked by reporters about the alleged bite on Giorgio Chiellini, Lugano said: "You need to show me because I didn't see anything. Did you see it today or did you see what happened in other years?

Uruguay coach Oscar Tabarez says he did not see the incident involving Luis Suarez and Giorgio Chiellini. Tabarez said: "It seems there is this animosity toward him [Suarez] and he is being persecuted by past events.

"There are people hiding behind the tree, waiting for something to happen."

It must be hard to talk so much ****, no doubt they "won't have seen it" for weeks to come whilst crying about Luis's past.

As a Liverpool fan, I say..

Nuke the guy from orbit. What a ******* clown . He will never learn, it's the THIRD time. Just get him out of Liverpool.

Hope he gets banned on all levels for the next 2 years. What a waste.

Try saying that to a Liverpool fan

Such a shame that the talent this guy has got and he goes and does something like this AGAIN!

He really swung me around from being wary of him last summer, to falling in love again with how he played for us last season, but this....god damn it, I know LFC are holding a meeting on the situation, but what do you for the best interests of the club?

I can see FIFA throwing the book at him considering it's on the world stage and the coverage it has got, I'm expecting (from seeing that latest angle which makes it look like his mouth was wide open and going in for the bite) a worldwide ban for a minimum of 6 months.

I didn't say he should be let off or not. I questioned the supposed universal outrage that it's caused and likened it to a pantomime audience.

I don't believe for one minute that more than a handful of people genuinely give a **** about what he done, they only care because of who he is (a high profile footballer).

The real outrage will come if and when he doesn't get the sort of ban some are hoping for.

I'd rather be bitten than elbowed in the face, headbutted or suffer a broken leg due to a bad challenge.

It is a horrible show of aggression but the calls for life bans are just ridiculous.

He does try to break legs though, and stamp on ankles, the next attack is just as likely to be a leg breaking, career ending tackle as a bite, or a dive or handball to cost a team progression in a cup tournament or stamping on someone's ankle.

Suarez has a long list of attacks on players rivalled only by Barton(not sure who would win), this one happens to be a bite, but the next could be anything from his list of party tricks. He has committed the single worst tackle I've seen that by absolute luck the guy moved out of the way with a split second spare otherwise he could easily have two broken legs and no football career. Stupidly enough had the guy not moved, and had Suarez done what he intended to do he may already be banned from football for life.

Can you imagine what happens to the guy if he didn't lunge at that ball moving his right leg out of the way and putting his left leg along the ground(basically giving it no room to flex). If he was stood with both legs alongside each other Suarez would have gone right through both.... as with the bite, after he did it he feigned injury. He has no control of himself at all. The next thing could just as easily be another career ending attempt or another bite, neither is acceptable.
