He genuinely should get an increase for showing absolutely zero remorse, still believing he did nothing wrong. I think, like Chiellini seems to think, on appeal I wouldn't mind if they got rid of the stadium ban and probably allowed him to train with his team... if he admitted to what he did. In this situation I think they really should extend the ban, 3-4 more league games and a 3-6 month suspended sentence added.
The entire point of the large step up in severity of the ban is to teach him a lesson... to be fair Suarez has 4 months to reflect on what he's done now and might feel differently in 4 months time, today he still can't even admit to what he did.
The people around him aren't helping him in the slightest, an entire country telling you that you did nothing at all wrong, idiots are just making it worse.

he should get an extra 2 months for being a moron[/QUOTE]
Eh didn't he say this the day after the bite?
Eh didn't he say this the day after the bite?
According to the Telegraph it was in his letter to Fifa of June 25th so yes, it was the day after the incident.
It's a nonsense excuse though especially when in the videos it looks like he lunges towards Chiellini's shoulder. It also doesn't explain why his mouth was open and ready to bite - unless you were attempting to bite someone I'd have thought that on falling you'd close your mouth rather than open it.
Yeah so the calls for extending it because of that seem rather dumb considering they had that before they made any decision.
Of course it isn't believable but he falls over with his mouth open all the time calling for a freekickI imagine it's hard to contain that overbite too
Uruguay captain Diego Lugano says Suarez's four-month ban for biting is an act of "barbarity" that breaches the player's human rights.
"It's a breach of human rights that a player cannot go into a stadium where there are 80,000 people or into a hotel with his team-mates, that he cannot work for four months," the defender said.
"He has committed a crime, but this (ban) is barbarity. Not even a criminal would receive this penalty."

#fifa also confirmed Suarez isn't allowed to train with LFC during ban. So he might stay in shape, but is he going to be match sharp?
Wait for itttt...

.@FIFAcom also say if @LFC want to have their team photo at Anfield, Luis Suarez isn't allowed to be in it.
He/they were clinging to the smallest chance that he'd get away with it and he could continue playing in the WC. Had he admitted to it and apologised then his WC was over.
Had he admitted to it and showed an ounce of remorse or even asked for help then his world cup might have been over but he might not then be sitting out as many games and be excluded from every thing to do with football.
