Interesting how the CPS are dealing with the Terry situation but Suarez is being dealt with by the FA.

Also, it probably makes a difference that Terry was solid last night whereas Suarez had little impact against Wigan.

One player being locked in a hotel for the best part of 2 weeks probably has something to do with it :p

The CPS is dealing with Terry as Evra didn't press charges, and it's a private offence, as nobody else heard the words used by Suarez. As soon as Terry was caught on camera, his offence became public so the CPS had to get involved.

Legally, the CPS cannot get involved with the Suarez situation until/unless Evra prosecutes.

It's quite obvious to be honest, Terry is just English so he's 'one of us' and Suarez is a dirty brown man.

That said, I want Suarez's ban to be halved and Terry to be sent down.

I believe its BECAUSE a member of the public reported the Terry incident to the police in the first place that Terry is charged by the CPS (obvoiusly no one else at all heard Saurez /Evra situation, so it remains the remit of the FA)

Is the Terry incident the first charge EVER /of Anything to be actioned by the CPS (from inside the boundaries of a football field). Was Barton et al ever charged for that Newcastle fight a year or two ago on the field?
 
That was disgusting and I think all normal in the head supporters would agree. Sounds like wife beater has involved the police so I hope people get their comeuppance.

As for Dalglish, he should be requesting the documents on the case before requesting action against supporters. The longer the FA withhold them the more damage will be done.

If Stan shut up and stopped tweeting and baiting then he wouldn't get abuse. Its not just Liverpool fans either. Its fans in general who are angry with him. Him and Adrian on talkSPORT know fully well what they're doing. They're the ones whipping up a frenzy as they always do and then cry like a bunch of babies when they get it back.

Adrian called Carragher a bottler a good few years back and Carragher went on and put the clown in his place. I for one, don't care for Stan or Durham. Stan doesn't deserve racial abuse but if he's going to continuously come out with bile then he should be prepared for a tirade of nonsense back. They're both employed to be controversial and they both routinely overstep the mark. If they don't like the abuse they get in return they should just shut up and keep to factual information.

Im not even an LFC fan and even I'm tired of the nonsense they spout. I listen to it just to see what gem they come out with next. Its shocking that people that illogical, people who cannot fathom the simplest of things, actually get jobs on the radio. Durham has to be one of the most self absorbed clowns i've ever heard. He rarely talks sense. He stated Scholes isn't that good when he is clearly one of the greatest players ever and the only passer in recent years who is better than him is Xavi.

He just spouts nonsense to be controversial and cries like a big cry baby when he gets it back worse. Stan has got routinely worse the longer he's been on the show. He used to be good with his occasional column in the local papers and talk sense but now he thinks he some God given gift and has to have a say on everything.
 
The mess lies solely at the feet of the FA.

They found Suarez guitly, and all they had to do was release the written findings to the public so that everybody could see how they arrived at their conclusion. I see no reason why this couldn't have been done within 48 hours of their concluded meeting.

One can only assume they are not confident their findings will stand up to scrutiny.

Media led witch-hunt against 'Suarez the racist' despite Evra and The FA apparently stating they didn't think Suarez was actually a racist. Documentary evidence withheld whilst Suarez has his character destroyed in public.

What exactly was wrong with Mr.Pinks comment?
