Subaru-powered Toyota FT-86 gets closer to production...

Anyone know why they decided to change it from the FT86 to the GT86 outright. I thought there was also going to be a G version of the FT86. /Bit confused.

From a marketing perspective GT86 makes more sense than FT86. To Joe Public 'FT' is meaningless, but 'GT' immediately makes you think 'sports car'

I does look better in those pics NathWraith :)

i do really like that, its not as mad as the concept but i think the inevitable changes to production haven't been overly unkind on it.

Great to see Toyota back in the sports car game & having another small, cheap RWD car around can't be a bad thing :)

Now its just a wait to see what the price comes in at...
