I think it's odd that he's saying he doesn't want to leave and Fergie was trying to force him out
Who knows...

My favourite thing about this thread is that some Arsenal fans seem to believe Fellaini can fill the 'Vieira role'.
Their style is about as similar as their looks.

Nice signing for Spurs if they get Paulinho. Strange how they seem to always concentrate on midfielders rather than forwards mind.
It isn't being able to afford it, its not wanting to pay it.I see no one has mentioned yet that Napoli have more or less said that City are out of the running for Cavani, they wont meet the £54mill release clause. Saying something along the likes that City cant afford it...dear god thought id never hear that being said by the City owners
Tbh im no that overly impressed with Cavani, sure hes scored what...33 goals for Napoli but seeing him the other night against Nigeria...i dont think hes worth that much.
Meh over to you Chelsea, wonder if RA will meet the release clause.
we do need atleast one forward but a midfielder like paulinho will be a very welcome addition. not really a playmaker like modric but a more box-to-box midfielder with good finishing.
dembele, sandro, paulinho would be a great midfield.
he occasionally gets subbed on to play near Neymar for Brazil, I assume people think he is absorbing some of his talent by proximity?
Ince might be achievable, the other two strikers are massively unlikely to happen and we end up in the same position as every summer- where are we going to find a top class striker who wants to play for spurs?
How many times have you seen him play cm?
