So Barcelona can't afford his wages because of their salary cap and he won't lower his demands.

Sad for both parties but I'd happily see that kind of cap imposed on all clubs, regardless of financial status.

He already agreed a 50% pay cut. To 'only' €500k a week. It's either going to be City or PSG. Chelsea probably could afford him but I don't think they'd want to.
