Summer Transfer Window 22/23

Feels like it's going to happen, just a shame it's so close to the start of the season, hopefully Colwill will be able to fill the gap given we no longer have Burn to cover LB :D

Either way, 35mil profit in a year on 1 player is pretty good going for a club of our size.

United penny pinching over a few million yet again. I get not overpaying but when your revenues are so high a million here or there isn't anything to quarrel over. If they really want the player, pay it.

A little plug for both the prediction league and the fantasy football league:

The first game of the season kicks off tomorrow so if you want to join then do so soon.

Clever by Brighton, managed to work another 8 mill into the Cucurella deal. 60m for Cucurella feels expensive to me though.

Fullbacks are pretty critical now, especially to a team that plays 5 at the back. The likes of Kyle Walker/Cancelo demanded the same fee and Cucurella is 24, they could get easily get 8 years out of him.
Him one side and James the other, they're sorted for ages.

Yeah, however I'd rate Cancello a full tier above Cucurella, my opinion of course. Is Cucurella really better than Chilwell? Before his injury I though Chilwell looked in exceptional form.
