I call it a couple of weeks back, they’ll keep him then he’ll leave on a free. It’s JLingz all over again.

They should just lower the fee to £20m and give him £7m so he goes. They need to be more ruthless they’re awful at selling and buying at the moment.

Nah, Maguire will get games for us this season, just not very many, none that matter and the only way he will play for than that is if 2 first choice CBs are injured. Luke Shaw would probably be moved there before he gets a run of games.

Imo Liverpool should go all in for Florentino luis + Inacio, Tyler Adams would be fine as back up squad player in addition to the above players.

I'd like to see us looking at Caqueret and Locatelli, personally. Caqueret in particular is quality, although possibly too similar to Alexis.

Caqueret plays as a 6. It was him and Bruno together at Lyon and Caqueret was the more defensive minded of the pair.
