I wouldn't mind if it was just delivery, but the whole CS side of things dropped the ball all over the place as well.

In fact the latest emails were...

me "please cancel my order"
reply "we are looking into it and will get back to you"
next "order dispatched"
me "hang on what's this?"
reply "......."

The short of it is, EPA and DHA are essential fatty acids which are incorporated into every cell membrane in your body and used to transport nutrients into and out of the cell. So increasing the concentration of these fatty acids helps every cell in your body work better.

This of course filters down to a whole host of other benefits, too.

Also get the ones I suggested, they're much better value for the amount of EPA and DHA you get.

Feel your pain having the same problem, ordered something Tuesday night and expecting it to be posted today and to be here Thursday but no such luck not either been posted yet

2nd problem ive had since the buy out
1st problem was them taking almost a week to reply to a ticket(after a phone call) .. Didn’t have time to ring them up so waited almost a week, phoned them up and lol 5mins later in my inbox was two replies to my ticket meh!

Hopefully it don’t happen again :\

simplysupplements.co.uk have just ticked me off. I placed an order at ~3pm for some stuff, and accidentally put my home address as delivery (meant to put my work address). Fine, I made an error, I raged, etc.

However, I emailed them asking to change the address. Did they ignore it? No, they immediately despatched the item, despite the website even saying no same-day despatch on orders after 12.30pm, and then replied (within seconds of dispatching the order) to say "too late."

Won't be buying from them again. :mad:

Anyone get dry skin, specifically knuckles, after taking creatine for a while? Started taking it again about a month ago and knuckles are very dry, it's not anywhere else at the minute.

Google just comes up with people getting acne but haven't got any spots to report!

So your going to moan because they dispatched your item too early?

I'd still use them, just an error on both partys.

Im currently rocking Nutrex 'Hemo rage black'! (pre w/o)

As good, if not better than the first time I used Jack3d. The scoops are slightly bigger but then so is the tub. Recommended dose is only 1 scoop too so quite good VFM.

Is myprotein the cheapest place to get most supplements from?

I'm only looking at basic protein at the moment to start with although the new year bundle does look good for the price. Is this deal still going on?

Things like protein yes.

Other supps like fish oil or glucozamine etc go to simply suppliments

I've not used Jack3D for about 8 months now.....should buy some more for those "off" days, I miss the massive pump and the shaking hands

Looking to restock via Myprotein and there by one get one half price on impact weigh. Is there anything else i should consider on their site ? Apart from the protein i am also buying some more creatine and giving the oats a try

Or are there any other better deals on Protein KG / £ ? Taste really dosent phase me too much...that said i dont fancy unflavoured.

Finally got a reply... and it looks like they've lost my order. Not the courier company, MP themselves have no record of it even though i have confirmation emails and paypal receipts.
