Supplements the debate/discussion thread

I had a problem over xmas with an order from MyProtein. It was a fairly big order which came packed in two boxes, only problem being though that they only sent one of them (scoops / tubs / water etc) but didn't send me the other one (my actual supplements).

I emailed them and too their credit a little they did send them out the next day and it arrived the day after that but I didn't actually recieve an apology from them, an explainition of why it happened and wasn't even told it had been sent out again. I took time to email them about my order being missing and no one it seems could be bothered to respond back.

I wouldn't have minded so much if I'd have had an apology and someone actually respond to my email personally, as others have said before when you have a problem with a company it's generally accepted if they respond to the issue in a good manner. I will order from them again as the quality of the products I do find to be good, the price is good as well and with any luck it won't happen again!!! Second chances and all that.
 
I've still got most of my new year stack left.. Trying to get through the 1kg of peanut butter!

I have this stack as well (going to be getting two more before the MH offer runs out) but I have no idea what to do with that much peanut butter!!!

May find a recipe for protein peanut butter cookies. :D

Because people expect a service? You've paid for it to arrive on a certain day you should expect it. I often ask for a refund if the delivery is late. It's a service I pay for, it's something they should honour.

Well yes, I understand that :)

Half the reason I don't pay for extra postage most days, with any courier. Just do the free / cheap option and wait it out.

Naturally if it's late, complain and get money off the next order etc etc
 
I made the stupid choice of trying the new Orange and passion fruit Whey Isolate from MP. Its the worst thing I have ever tasted and I have 1kg of it :( such a waste of money.

I got a free 1kg bag of Orange Acid Whey from IronScience.. Now that tastes horrible, gives me gas after :eek:
 
myproteins products are amazing. Their customer support is awful. I had next day delivery took about 5 days. I then opted for the 3-5 days yodel and arrived in 2. Yodel kindly left is round the side of my house in the ****ing rain with no delivery note. When ever you contact myprotein they just say - its delivered...great

And thats MP's fault why? Yodel is ****, it has a reputation for being ****, if you pick it you should expect it to be ****.
 
My protein from mp came next day, like always, never had a problem yet, and tempted to get another tub of true whey today cos the offer is so good and I like to mix up what flavours I use.
