Genetics matter more for your overall look, like muscle insertions, roundness, look, but in terms of putting size on, I think DIET is key and finding a routine that works for you

Perhaps if we were presented with a bit of non-anecdotal evidence we may become a more willing audience of these claims.
 
It doesn't matter!! Stop using that as an argument. You don't know what these guys are getting in on the side, sure chances are they aren't, but oral steroids in prison are pretty common.

lol, don't believe what you see in the movies, i know a few guys who have been inside and one of them is now a bodybuilder and he says he has never used and is really strong and big now. after 3 years of lifting he deadlifts 200kg and he goes to the gym like once a week now he is outside.
 
It's not "what's in the movies", it happens. You only have to be a member of any bodybuilding forum and you can find reference to people who can back that up

Also, I'd imagine when you have nothing else to do with your life other than lift weights like in prison, yeah, you'll probably get quite good at it

now your just contradicting yourself.

now your saying all you need to do is train hard and regularly.

also prisons in the US arent as stric as UK ones, in the US ones you can get anything smuggled in, etc. here it is a lot stricter. mostly due to the government being in charge of the system here whereas its contractors in the US and the prisons are run for a profit.

UK prisons, how much protein do you think they get per day? it's just a question? what do you think the answer is?

i would say 30-50g per day as my best guess


so they have proved that training hard and eating 30-50g pf protein per day is enough, but they most likely have an advantage because they will be "hard" and most likely have a lot of aggression and free test. just think of all the testosterone they have because basically there is no women for them, etc. that should raise there levels surely? feel horny all the time, etc, thats why some of them rape other men.
 
I never said that you can't gain muscle on 30-50g of protein, I said its rubbish that your body can only use that much.

So yes, a prisoner who is doing nothing but train all day every day, eating that slop they eat, will gain. BUT, I bet you, 99% of the people that are "big" in prison are there many many years, following that same day in day out routine, and the time it took them to get that big, they would have been overtaken many times over by someone outside of prison following a strict high protein diet and training plan, regardless of genetics
 
Considering that in the |UK prison inmates get class a drugs smuggled into them, then I think some AAS would be trivial. Sonny, stop making excuses. Either train, and put the work in, or quite frankly, stop spouting rubbish.
 
Lol sonny, so much bs being sprouted. Sure people may be able to grow on 30-50g protein a day, but i can bet my right leg it isn't as fast as someone who gets more.

Anyway gonna order my supps today. Just going to go with caffeine, creatine and beta alanine for now and see if that's enough.

HAHAHA,.... can't help but laugh now.... MP only sent my half my order. Looks like whoever re-entered my order didn't take into account I ordered 2 bags during the 50% off deal, and so only put in one.

So... still waiting for stuff ordered on the 24th. And no they didn't reply when I asked about a refund for the next day delivery.
 
That's why I tend to shop with bulksupplementsdirect. Sure they're not as big or have the flavours, but the quality of their products is on par if not better.

Yeah i've been with them a long time also (367) but then MP came out with some other stuff that i wanted and it was easier to order all from one place.

Go for fish oils - you shouldn't need multivits, other than vit d which is great for the health.

Those are the ones to go for. I go through 6 a day. It's the only supp I take every day. I may have to do my annual protein purchase in a couple of months (It takes me a year to get through 5kg of protein powder! lol!). It works out to 15g protein a day - but clearly I don't take protein every day as I only take it on days where my diet has let me down - or after periods of intense working out.
