We already get more than enough omega 6 and 9 from our diets normally, it's the omega 3 we struggle with.

Got liquid chalk and its great my normal session has improved but it will be another 3-4 weeks before I try a 1rm again.
Also bought a massive tub of omega 3 caps and im taking 6 a day so im getting plenty of it now!
