Do you have to do the workouts so early in the morning though? I'm guessing it can be done at a different time so that anyone can do it?

Not sure, you'll have to look it up really.

It's just 'easier' to do it in the morning, as that's a normal working day routine...I mean you can do it at 3pm if you do late shifts for instance, but naturally you'd have to move your day around.

I've always wondered if it's worth just 'fasting' until 12, then train as I normally do at 5pm, but only eat in between 12 and 8pm....Not sure if that'd actually do anything, but might be worth a tinkle one day.

You can train at any time you just move the meals around to suit. I train at ~5pm and eat between 12 and 8, largest meal post workout.

So you do the standard routine but train at 5pm? I presume you still take the bcaa's etc? in the morning I mean?

You dont have to do it in the morning; Just do it when its best for you. I do mine in the morning because I have to get up early with the other half for work, so gives me like 2 hours before I have to go. Just a lot easier for me :)

I've lost a lot of weight and now actually look a little skinny, so wanna get some lean muscle. I've been working out at home with dumbbells, a bench, pull up bar and have seen some gains.

My diet isn't bad, lot's fish, chicken breast, veg, but just started drinking impact whey protein shakes from myprotein. Would the isolate type be better, or would creatine be more beneficial for me?

Cheers.
