Cardio >= to Bodybuilding/strength IMO.

Cardio is what strengthens your ticker :)

Kinda, however it has it's place within bodybuilding, not everyone does it, however if you're going to be bodybuilding constantly and not bulking 24/7, I would figure it's an advantage to have some form of a cardio / complex routine thrown in somewhere.

What's changed?

The new xtend is using bonded Citrulline Malate. At the time of the reformulation there was no domestic supplier for bonded CM like the studies use, it was all blended versions which aren't as effective. Dr Chris Lockwood wrote the spec sheets for the BCAA's. They're instantized now, allowing for spoon mixing. Glutamine is spec'd so it will be go into solution as well. Electrolytes were added. The flavoring has been altered tremendously. The previous version was over flavored, big time. This new version is amazing, I had all flavors today. Drastic difference IMO.

There is more testing on this product than any BCAA product on the market. Spec testing in advance and post manufacturing. Guaranteed label claim up to expiration date. Willing to bet the only BCAA formula that has been stability chamber tested to validate their expiration date. Something that is required under GMP laws, but almost nobody does (it takes 3-4 months to start getting data). Every single batch is tested pre and post production.

Just started going through MP's Total Protein (Strawberry and Cream) that I got with the New Year deal. Tastes quite sweet and helps when chugging down the Pea Protein :D

While we're on the topic of MP taste, the strawberry 'Elle True Diet' (iirc) stuff I got for super cheap does not taste/mix very nice at all! It's pretty bitty and never quite mixes properly, guess it's all the extra bs they put in it to make women think It will 'burn fat' and give 'long, slender muscles'.

Luckily I got it for like £6/kg so I aint even mad.

That's a shame, with the flavour being so strong you used to be able to extend xtend. :D

Bought 8 jars of whole earth peanut butter last night in ASDA for £4 lol.

Pricing error linked to Pineapples. £2.59 a jar or 2 for £1 bargain!

Chocolate mixes fine, and my legs have been slenderized beautifully :D

I honestly cant stress enough how VILE Recover XS chocolate smooth is.

Ive drank shakes for years now, unflavoured has never been an issue... some are sickly but easily downable...

I met my match with this. Ive got a bag full of the stuff out of a bundle, Ive managed to finish a cup 3 times and nearly hurled. Disgusting stuff IMO lol

Is it too sweet?

If so, try adding some Green & Blacks organic cocoa powder to it to tone it down.

does anyone use the Juice flavoured whey's as apposed to the shake orientated ones? or can anyone suggest some that go nicely with water? I want to cut back a little on my milk intake and also be able to use something that is easy to have at work, where adding just water is the simplest option?
