Dammit! :( Superfit order is out of stock so im not getting 5kg for £37! :( My luck yet again. So where is the cheapest place I can pick up 2.5-5 kg of protein for as cheap as possible? Only got enough to last me the week :(

EDIT: Seen this http://www.proteinstop.co.uk/ProductPage/Protein-Powder/984/5kg-Whey-Matrix-Protein.asp#ProductStart Is it okay and a good reped website? and I don't have a clue when it says it is and anabolic protein?

Looks like a decent amino profile if its correct.

Got my half price bundle from MP today, (Yodel actually managed to deliver it!) cracking value.

I now have a kilo of waxy maize starch and I have no idea what to do with it, any help?

Bought this and hopfully it is in stock and I'll get it soon but I've never tried anything like this before which has BCAAs in it which I've never took and don't have a clue what they are =P Only got it becuase of the price and good protein content my goals are to gain strength and lose a bit more BF over time but mainly strength. So what do you guys think as I can always cancel.

EDIT: By not taking anything like this I mean anything which is anabolic? Been taking creatine/whey/dextrose for 4 months now.

Does sound like a good product. Look forward to what you think about it :D

Thats not what I meant skill =P I have no idea what it means tho as I said I only bought it because of the high protein content (42g per 50g serving) and the cheap price. Just asking what does anabolic mean? Like a mixture of BCAA's or somthing?

Anabolic–androgenic steroids are the type of steroids used in sports and the marketing companies like to pray on this fact, it means absolutely nothing in this instance just a marketing thing.

TBH that just looks like generic low quality whey. I eat my hat if its 84%

lot's brands use vydex -> suppleform.co.uk/pages/Own-Brand-Service.html including BBW (BBW source other suppliers too)

The price screams issues tbh.
Margins are so small selling wpc whey i have to say that it likely to be more 60%

edit : COA but that's a sample sent from matrix not independent.

Ah so its (might) not be good suff? I don't see how it can be any less that what is stated on all the sites that its sold on? It can't be false as that would be against trading standerds or some crap like that but I dont know :P

Cheers for clearing that up tom :D Its confusing and I don't want to be taking anything harmfull.

I need some help putting some meals together. With my new job I'm going to be working 10 - 7 and 11 - 8s. 2 x 15 minute breaks in the morning & afternoon and then 30-45 minutes for lunch.

Breakfast will be porridge or peanut butter on toast.

Chicken, fish nuts, raisins, apples are somethings that I want to be included in meals / break snacks. I'll add oats, whey other supps once I've figured some decent meals out.

I'm just a unsure of food that's going to be decent to cook on a Sunday and chuck into containers to keep for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Rice, pasta, potatoes, mushrooms?

I know I could cook most things to go with the meats the night before but I really might not be bothered one night! :D

When a 100KG sack of WPC from reputable dairy is about £8/Kg.

Not going to be harmful. Just "might" not be % stated on the product.
I got stung with 2.5kg sack of protein247.co.uk whey that clearly wasn't 80% whey (since shutting down selling off last stock)

Stick to more well know trusted brands or bulk suppliers like bulk powders or myprotein - they have an offer on for protein today as well.

Well it's too late to go back now as I just got the confirmation mail and del mail at once so it will be arriving tomorrow so I may try and do a little review of my own and hope for the best it's atleast average. After scouring the Internet for a while I've found out that their whey stuff works out at 50% protein per serving as it has a high sugar and carbohydrate content which results in a nice taste where as their anabolic protein has very low sugar and half the carbohydrates but doesn't taste to pleasant. I'm not really worried about taste so much just as long as I'm getting near as stated :).

Also it seems that quite a few places have it stocked and have done for a while, the website seems pretty good and they seem to do a wide range of different supplements. Hopefully I've made a good choice tho but I'll find out soon enough!

I take too many supplements, going to cut down and just have Superfood XS, Oats, Total Protein and Mega Omega Oil.
