Anyway took mp assault today and i love it.

Lifts are back if not a bit higher, been feeling run down lately this stuff gave me what i needed.

The stim heavy products are fine, but i still couldn't push any harder with them.

With me it's a winner for sure, and it's very refreshing to drink i love the stuff no come down neither, just a nice stream of energy.

Anyway off to play some bf3 whilst im still dialled in :D
 
So how quickly do you feel the benefits of Multivitamins? Basically I've felt pretty crappy for ages. Got myself some Alpha Men Super Multi vitamins, Some mega Green tea extract and 1000mg Cod Liver oil caps.

Now I feel amazing compared to how I did before taking these. Thing is, I've only been taking them 2 days!? Is it really possible for me to feel so much better already, or would you say I'm just having a placebo effect. Either way I'm not complaining :p

BTW I do eat quite well, But its hard to eat food that ticks all the boxes all the time.

Probably the placebo effect. You won't feel multivitamins "working", they are just something your body will be greatful for over a long period of time. The only thing may get is a minor stimulation if there are any powerful or large amounts of antioxidants.

Turns out I chose Testogen (orange cream-sickle), which I've just consumed. It tastes... interesting. I expect to have Ronnies shoulders in about 20 mins.
 
As above, delivery is random, its why I just order it with the cheapest delivery, takes 24 hours or a week then :p
 
I'm really starting to plow through my Xtend and it's bluddy expensive stuff - using 3 scoops pre and 3 scoops post.

If I had to switch to having it either pre or post, but not both, would it make much of a difference?
 
Not sure why you choose 3 scoops though? 1 serving is 2 scoops, or for the new formula 1 serving is 1 scoop.

I would take 1 scoop 30 minutes before training, then 2 scoops intra.

I'm currently taking 1 scoop pre and 1 scoop intra of the new formula, equivalent to 2 scoops pre and 2 scoops intra for your old formula.
