Supplements the debate/discussion thread

I got some free thats all, so just wondering what to do with it. Currently have oats + protein on a morning, then protein post workout, with creatine whenever I remember during the day
 
Got some more xtend today, I was very pleased with the smaller tub I bought so invested in the larger one this time. It works out so much better value. Smaller one is 390g and the larger is 1260g.

Side by side comparison. Went for a different flavour too.

Is there any reason you buy new one when old ones so much cheaper as most places are clearing it? £10 extra for cheap as chips electrolytes ..
 
Tried some lemon today, I prefer the Apple but time will tell :) I normally grow to like whatever it is I take.
 
What are everyones 'supplement' routines on a daily basis?

For me in concurrent order its;

8AM - 50g's Whey & 3'000mg Omega3
5PM - 3g's Creatine, 200mgs caffine
6:30PM - 3g's Creatine, 50g's Whey, 50-60g's Dextrose

Rest of it is food!
 
Breakfast - 2 asda cheap multivits 10000mg omega 3
PWO - 2 scoops whey isolate
Snack - 2 scoops whey blend
Bed time - 2 tabs zma
