Not sure why you choose 3 scoops though? 1 serving is 2 scoops, or for the new formula 1 serving is 1 scoop.
I would take 1 scoop 30 minutes before training, then 2 scoops intra.
I'm currently taking 1 scoop pre and 1 scoop intra of the new formula, equivalent to 2 scoops pre and 2 scoops intra for your old formula.
Oh cr*p, must have read up about the old forumla then. Been taking way too much.
I'll give 1 before and 1 intra a go then, I did wonder why it tasted to strong!
