Struggling with which protein power to go for.
After lean gains without the fat
Reflex natural whey - 19.5g protein (25g serving)
Reflex instant whey - 20g (25g serving)
myprotein impact whey isolate - 22.25 (25g serving)
myprotein impact whey protein - 19.6g (25g serving)
myprotein doesnt seem to be much cheaper than reflex?
Whats difference between reflex natural and reflex instant, would it be right to presume natural has no added crap in it?
Was going to supplement whichever with creapure and instant oats.

Varies. My last delivery was under 24 hours, the one before it took a few days too long + they missed a package but both of the replacements came next day from when it was sorted out (one on saturday)

They appear to be victims of their own success. If odering small amounts you should be fine but place an order for many items and it takes just one flavour or amount to be out of stock and it holds everything up. Their busy order process can't seem to cope when things don't run exactly to plan.
If ordering 1 or 2 items, using pricematching, quidco, discount codes and free delivery then they're hard to beat.

^ If you look on their FB page there is a huge amount of complaints. Obviously the thousands of satisfied customers don't post anything though.
Can agree with that, I only ever see people moaning on there, but always assumed it was a case of the satisfied people not speaking up!

Probably is but the number of complaints has been pretty high recently. Certainly more than it was 4-5 months ago. Hardly surprising though if they've grown as fast as they make out

With dextrose in those two also, the flavour is orgasmic! 
Isolate is lower in carbs from lactose so can be useful if you're sensitive to lactose but apart from that there's not a lot to justify the price.

Gotta say, never really had any issues with MP. Made a small order on Monday for omega 3 oil. Got an email on wednesday morning telling who my delivery driver would be and that he would deliver between 13:11 and 14:11.

Morba gave me half a pot last year, was buzzing for the first week when using it, second and third weeks were meh as my body got used to it.
Come downs were pretty horrendous.
Not sure, not checked the ingredients. I was buzzing off it last year, used it lots for running I never had come downs from it.
Used it last night and it wasn't great, do have a cold and had a headache which prob wasn't the best time to take it.
