Not really, his points make sense. Eat more than your body needs and you'll gain fat :p

As i'm sure you're aware more than most of us how it works :p

For the vast majority, eating 5000 will see no faster gain in muscle than eating ~3500. Only difference is you'll look like the Michelin man in no time

That's alright then...

Back on topic...ordered Animal Pak and Lipo 6 today to add to my precontest stack, got a great deal on them too buying them through my gym.

Signed and FB linked.

Bit stupid really. Why should people who are actively trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle (and typically cost the government less) be taxed to fund those who gorge themselves on jaffa cakes (and other tax free ****) who cost the government millions? Madness!

only 46 calories per jaffa cake ;)
70 calories in a digestive biscuit :p

All I take at the moment is a PWO, as well its easier than walking 10 minutes to the mess to find out its all **** thats left over.

Do it back in the UK as the mess is closed, and its cheaper than buying chicken and slapping it on the George everynight.

Thinking about buying CNP PWO which was recommended on here? Still the better option over recovery xs?

What is PWO?

Nothing, but it's about £5 more expensive than buying all the ingredients separately and it's already premixed

So well worth it to me and nothing comes close to both taste or value

We've had this conversation before, it's not £5 more expensive, it's about 50% more expensive than whacking Whey and dextrose in a shaker.

As for the taste -buy your own whey flavour and it will be just as sweet as the CNP jobbie because of the dextrose.
