Me said:I am disappointed to hear that my order has been delayed. I have always used a competitor in the past however due to reports of great service I thought I would give Bulkpowders.co.uk a try. I was specifically after next day delivery and was counting on it arriving on time, which is why I paid for the next day delivery service that is available.
To be confronted with an issue like this with my very first order is disappointing and doesn't give me great confidence in continuing as a customer.
