What makes you think you have high estrogen?

Always had excess fat around me nip nips and belly. Even when I starved myself thin :)

Could have been my imagination though as I was majorly self conscious then as well. Will have to see how I am after I lose a bit of weight this time I guess.

I've cut out most dairy from my diet, and eating things like Blueberries and Broccoli daily, so it should help :)

It's an easy thing to assume, but tbh it's unlikely to be the cause. It's probably just the case that you didn't have much muscle mass and didn't cut all of your fat away. Then you've got dietary and hormonal factors (cortisol) to consider...

Honestly, don't worry about it.

Just do what you can to get back into lifting heavy :)

Well I'm talking about several years ago (2008) and they've always been there :)

But yeah as you've said, probably nothing to worry about, i'll see how things go after a lil cut, and go from there :) Ta matey

I've been on a good diet and now I'm happy with my weight. Started going to the gym just couple times a week to get some lean muscle. I take whey protein shakes most days, omega 3 caps, a good multi-vit and glucosamine sulphate.

I'm considering something to improve energy and endurance for work outs etc.
Someone recommened Exceed from myprotein, but the side-effect of tingling and flushing of the skin puts me off.

Anyone use it or recommend please something simular?

I've seen exceed recommend a few times, I haven't used it personally.
Controlled Labs White Flood is pretty good and value is pretty decent too.

I just bought 2kg of EAA's for the quite incredible price of £30 delivered! :D

Infact it was even cheaper than that when you factor in the MP points and Quidco cashback, not bad considering the RRP is £80!

Bought some 'Bedtime Extreme' from MP (buy one get 2nd half price), chocolate is gorgeous....but the banana tastes like recycled sweat [i'd imagine].
I have to say, that since using casein protein for slow release overnight, my gains are far better than just taking whey pre-post workout.

It's more common than you think - there's been an increase in oestrogen levels recorded in males - though this is undoubteldy linked the increase in overweight men also so probably skews the stats.

I'm not saying it's the case in Delvis though.

However we do have oestrogen in our bodies (and produce it), and depending on diet it can get worse which then leads to ever decreasing circle.

From what I've read, the damn stuff is bleeding everywhere (by that I mean, the foods our society now eats to increase the naturally occurring levels)

It does my head in...I'm doing what I can diet wise, and I can only hope the workouts help strip the fat.

I've always thought from a young age that I actually had the medical condition that aids fat boobies :D Primarily because I've had fatty tissue under my nips nips from my teens. Come to think of it, there was a point in my life they really stung as well :o

Delvis, I've had the same thing, even when I was a malnutritioned 10.5st, I still had moobs. It's exactly as icecold says, you simply don't strip away all your bodyfat. Yes your stomach/arms/legs may have been skinny, but your body may just store fat on your torso and back a bit more. Having been cutting with some muscle mass underneath, I've realised that it's just excess bodyfat.

Agreed in Delvis' case I think it's more likely that. However it was important to note that it's not impossible to suffer from hormonal imbalances. :)

Stinging nipples, sounds like a great self defence mechanism :)

Tell me about it :o

I can cut mountains down with my nipples I tell ye!

True

It's just my mind messing me up really. Used to have some serious self-conscious issues a few years ago. Soon as I get rid of the moobs my mind will clear up :)
