LiE I've been meaning to ask, where do you order your Xtend from?

Also what is the Lemon+ Lime and Apple like?

The Watermelon is sickingly sweet I found, with 3 scoops in 750ml water.

Just tried my new scoop, 2 scoops oats, 1.5 protien, peanut butter, flax oil. Tastes fine, but wayyyy to bitty. Could do with going through a smoothie maker instead.

3 scoops is too much, read the label :p the scoop size has changed.

Lemon pretty much tastes like a lemon sherbet drink, the apple is very tasty!

I did read the label, says one scoop per 8oz water.
8oz isn't even 250ml.
So 3 scoops seems right.

hrm seems the usage has changed and varies a bit. It doesn't actually tell you how many scoops to take, only that you should mix 1 scoop in x amount of water. I go with 1 1/2 scoops in 750ml.

Surely take 1 scoop in x amount of water is what I said.
It says on the label, 1 scoop for 8oz of water.

Which is why I used 3 scoops.
It's almost too sweet so I'll try 2 scoops tomorrow.

BCAA's are a waste of money unless training in a fasted state, there's simly no need as you'll have plenty from your diet.

It's far more usefull than you think. Coming from my situation it works really well.

Also I usually do cardio in the mornings before food, if I do it later I only eat some protein before it. Usually 1-2 hours before it.

Helps a lot, and even helped after my surgery when I couldn't move around the house much to cook.

1hr 15-20mins. Pretty intense.
All you need is water. Your body will have everything it needs from the last meal you had.

BCAA's uses are when training first thing in the morning in a fasted state, as they allow you to train without breaking the fast whilst minimizing muscle tissue breakdown. Great way of building lean tissue and losing fat. When I train first thing I'll have 15g BCAA's in a 4:1:1 ratio before the gym and again immediately after. I train for anywhere between 60-90 mins and train hard.

If training in the evening I don't touch the BCAA's.

Far more useful in what way?

You yourself listed some, as have I.

They've done wonders for me and just because you don't get a benefit from them without fasting and training for hours on end doesn't mean everyone else won't as well.

Hell I was given them during my stay in hospital with breakfast, lunch, dinner and before bed to help my body heal and repair.

Since then I've used it during physio and now that I'm back to some training.

I only drink one bottle of it a day, always with training though as I eat the rest of the time. Yet it does help, especially with my recovery and it works for others as well.

Simply saying it's a waste of money unless fasted just seems wrong to me.

You're talking about something different, borderline medical.

You also said they're far more useful than I think and then say I already listed them... Does that even make sense?

I know exactly how useful they are, I also know they're a very expensive supplement... their uses need to warrant the high cost? I'm also talking about for your normal natural trainee's, not steroid users or for medical use.
