I've been taking ON 100% Whey for a couple of month now with ON Serious Mass, I've decided to stop taking the serious mass and start cutting some!
My question is... On the back of the 100% Whey it say's take 1 - 3 Servings per day but to reach my protein goals I need more like 8 Servings a day.
Is this safe or should I only be taking 3 servings max?

Cheers for the replays guys... I'm aiming for 270g a day as you can tell I'm not a big eater that's why I was taking the Serious Mass too. To be honest I could prob get away with 6 servings as I mainly have Chicken for lunch and tea in some form or another...
While I'm on the subject as I don't really eat much veg or greens either and trying to cut down my carbs so less wholemeal stuff would it be worth buying some fibre?
