As far as service goes my best places have been swift supplements, who are great with text updates and calling me when they ran out of a flavour for my jack3d order. And bodybuilding warehouse who deliver bang on time .
 
Never had an issue with MP's free delivery. Only time I had a problem with them was when I paid for next day lol!

A little tip to anyone, I am prob behind the times but myprotein do vouchers now so I'd your not spending over £50 to get the free delivery, just top up with vouchers :)

that's brilliant advice, never thought of it. Usually struggled to get some extra **** to make it to £50.

Speaking of delivery experiences from MP, I placed an order Friday afternoon, free delivery stuff, got an email confirming dispatch in the evening and package was waiting for me Wednesday morning. (bear in mind Monday was a bank holiday)

Not too shabby in my book

As for the coffee comment, im guessing your job isn't very physical either that or you're young :p

Studying right now, but it's medicine and I'm on my feet all day on the wards. And I'm 28.

But how does that figure in exactly? :confused::p
 
38 and up at 4.30am every day, working in a boning hall lifting 25kg every 4-5 seconds.

But my point was, to a lot of folk [myself included] coffee just isn't enough.

When i get home im usually hammered, so need a good boot up the backside to really get going.

And yes i really should swap jobs. :(
 
I've been taking ON 100% Whey for a couple of month now with ON Serious Mass, I've decided to stop taking the serious mass and start cutting some!

My question is... On the back of the 100% Whey it say's take 1 - 3 Servings per day but to reach my protein goals I need more like 8 Servings a day.

Is this safe or should I only be taking 3 servings max?

Although, there is nothing wrong with taking 8 servings a day, you really shouldnt need to.

They say take 3 as its a supplement; Its not supposed to replace actual food. It's supposed to be used along side food..

So this 100% whey, I'm assuming is 20-25g of protein per scoop? And 1 scoop = 1 serving? So you want to take 160-200g of protein from whey powder alone? Do you not eat any real food? For most people, 160-200g is more than enough protein per day over all.

How many grams of protein are you aiming for each day?

Take 8 a day and see how nice your farts are in the office the next day :p
 
Cheers for the replays guys... I'm aiming for 270g a day as you can tell I'm not a big eater that's why I was taking the Serious Mass too. To be honest I could prob get away with 6 servings as I mainly have Chicken for lunch and tea in some form or another...

While I'm on the subject as I don't really eat much veg or greens either and trying to cut down my carbs so less wholemeal stuff would it be worth buying some fibre?

How much do you weigh and what's your training look like (rough lifts and routine)?
