What list of supplements are you going to need?
Supps? The only Supps I have really are Whey and Dextrose, intending to get some Bedtime Extreme as stated if possible, its just this month / year has shafted me money wise, so i'm constantly trying to claw back what I can.
I do take Omega 3's as well, but debating whether to stop for a bit as I already have Good oil in my diet daily...? Got some multi vits as well, but there going to last a good 4 months now.
