Supplements the debate/discussion thread

What list of supplements are you going to need?

Supps? The only Supps I have really are Whey and Dextrose, intending to get some Bedtime Extreme as stated if possible, its just this month / year has shafted me money wise, so i'm constantly trying to claw back what I can.

I do take Omega 3's as well, but debating whether to stop for a bit as I already have Good oil in my diet daily...? Got some multi vits as well, but there going to last a good 4 months now.
 
Shame, as he's not even reached his natural potential yet, at all, unless I'm missing something. Why not get where you can without riding your bike?

Other than wanting to get there quickly I'm a bit lost :o

I'm not planning on riding the bike at all don't worry. Steedie is just being a cheeky ****

to add up costs over a month is easy!!

i would say your fine to drop the omega 3 as the good oil stuff has plenty in, as long as you have.
 
I may have been on protein at some point so i guess i can no longer claim natural. No bike riding though (except creatine)

I'm a whore for trying new supps, my supplement cupboard is getting a bit full :(

Just bought BSN Nitrix through no other reason than I wanted something new to try
