Ordered those flapjacks yesterday afternoon, just arrived. Great service from BBW, free delivery aswell :).
Also ordered some Alpha Men multivits from MyProtein which arrived at the office today, only they came in an addressed package with no name on! Cue the receptionist ripping them open and accusing me of buying steroids and delivering them here. I guess it has an unusual name but come on, people's disdain for gym ratz is really starting to get to me. If I went to the gym 3x a week and did a hamster wheel routine they'd praise me for my healthiness :o.

Aye it does my head in.

Everytime I get my MP order delivered it's "Your steroids or something have been delivered by the way" :o

And i'm not even in the slightest big!

but you're trying to get big, that's why you're usin' ! you roid rager you!

It's very sad how happily people are supporting things like marathon running and they are also happy to down 5-10pints in the pub every other night but are very concerned because I'm on "the protein shakes" because "they never tell you what other stuff is in them". They then proceed to munch on their "healthy" pastry or their sugar drenched cereal bar.

Dude, you try working with this guy, he's pretty hard up.

So I offered that as a cheap suggestion. Decent enough casein and 24 quid for a couple of months supply would work and help keep costs down

Steedie, is it really going to make that much difference for your average gym goer? I mean it's not like Delvis is dialing things in for some serious training.

No true, but if he has normal whey before bed it means buying more whey a month which he can't due to budget. And given he's trying to lose weight, things liked dairy are a no go. So the only other food alernatives aren't going to work out much cheaper of cheaper at all than 40p a night which is what the bedtime extreme works out to be

Fair enough. I had cottage cheese when I was bothered about eating just before bed. I have dinner at 8pm these days and go to bed at 11pm.

My dinners at about 8ish as well :p Try and get in to bed for about 10, dont sleep till like 11 mind.

But yeah, cottage cheese is quite costly.

Thanks for your efforts though Steedie (Y) Things are going well I think

I'm going to be the best Aesthetic Natty I can be  Just you wait!!!

:D

a 300g pot is 60p from Tesco - that gives you 28.5grams of proteins and 195 calories.
(I just happen to have one in front of me - mid afternoon snack :D )

Well that's the point innit :p. A tasty alternative to a chocolatey snack with reasonable nutrition. Oats + Whey is cheaper, but these are a lot more convenient at work. Also people don't think I'm on steroids because I have a whey shaker with me at work :o.

Heh, yea im at work and ive got 25g whey in my shaker, one girl saw it and it whet like this:

"whats that?"

"a protein shake"

"omg, you know the the next steps steriods!"

"wtf"
