Chewing my oats would burn too many calories.

Anyone else here on MP Hurricane XS or MP Whey? I've been using it and though I'm already seeing gains I'm not sure if I'm a fan. It tastes fine and the liquid is very light, but the creatine lumps don't mix very well at all which means you get lumps coming through in the shake. I'm thinking next time just get MP whey and creatine as pills, but what would the difference be in nutrition/would I need to add anything more to be getting the same stuff?
Yeah ive literally just started on the Hurricane stuff (and working out again) so will be interesting to see what results Ill get.
What are you finding so far?
Mix your creatine separately in a small glass with a bit of squash. Stir with a spoon and neck it.

Any reason why you are on creatine by the way? Just curious as you've just started up haven't you?
I have MP Whey, mixes like a dream
no reason not to use creatine even when just starting!
So why would you use it?
Apart from the fact i dont have much faith in creatines scientific standing as a supp, syla5 is right, its basically like saying "dont bother with protein shakes until your huge" any supplement that works has value from the very start.
The argument about whether anyone apart from elite strength, lifting vegetarians, needs creatine supplements... well thats another debate
Oh i'm not disputing that, i'm just wondering why he's taking it in a general sense.
Why not?

I have no idea what creatine does really, never used the stuff so I was curious.
Creatine: the longest used/researched supp. There's a lot of debate about this one - which one to go for, which one works, some dont' work for some etc... Creatine works by pulling the water from outside the muscle cells - inside and thus allowing the muscle to exert a higher level of contractile force. It basically helps fuel muscles. This basically means you will be able to lift more weight during your workouts. I have to admit I havent' really "felt" I have got much of out creatines - but I know when I have been supplementing with it in the past, it probably did help but it's not like a cup of coffee where you "feel" the caffeine kicking in. Plain fact is, if you have a decent amount of red meat in your diet you probably have enough creatine in your body. However, there are a lot of non-pseudo bits of research on it. It's up to you to decide whether or not it works for you.
I did see that. I was wondering why you are suggesting he might not need to take it just because he's starting out, especially if you don't even know what it does?
How about the first post of this thread

I like this http://www.musclefinesse.com/shop/c...G-Science-Anadraulic-State-GT-720g/764/detail not a massive kick like Jack3d but a nice steady energy with no major crash.
That has some odd ingredients in it for a pre workout!
SERM!? SARM!?
I know what the above are, I've just never seen them listed in a pre workout before.
Craze is my favourite pre workout, £30 for 45 scoops, one heaped scoop is enough for me and I don't have to ramp up the dose like I did with jack3d so it's actually better value for money.
