Back in the gym again after a long time and still struggling with energy, can anyone anything for a little boost? Anyone has any experience with Alpha Men from MP?

Also no matter how many vits u take it wont make up for you being a pussy and taking time off the gym..

Looked at Animal Pak the other day and was surprised they use the oxide variants of a couple of things.

I've been taking them due having a low immune system....It doesn't give you energy or make up for you not being to the gym however.

I have noticed however that it gives me a good little "hit" in the mornings, not sure if it's placebo or not..

Hi all,

Just bought the following:

5kg Impact Whey
5kg Oats
2.5kg Maltodextrin
300g Flavouring

What is the best way of storing this?

Is there any issues with 'making up' the shakes into plastic bags e.g. 50g whey, 50g oats, 50g malto, 2.5g flavouring.

Shouldnt be, a few people make up their own mixes and store them in tubs i believe
