Ordered a 5kg bag of Impact Whey Protein and they only sent me the 1kg bag,nice one MyProtein looking forward to a nice long wait on the phone to sort this out.
 
Got to keep the 1kg bag so turned out not bad but another order i placed over the weekend they have no trace of it on their system so having to re-order again.

Never had this much trouble with them before.

I have never understood this question, who the heck charges on dispatch? Run the risk of picking and packing only for the card to be declined. Every single company i have ever bought from online takes payment immediately, and i see no issue whatsoever with this...

Apple's bill takes ages to come through for me. Amazon also seem to take a while to charge me for anything. That said I've bought so much with them, the chances of anything being declined are slim.

And Gold Standard Whey....

I just had a free sample of that stuff, Ive never seen whey mix like it. It just dissolved like water, no froth, no bloat. Simply clean and tasty.

If it wasnt like 50 quid for 2kg that would be my choice !
