I have my whey with oats every morning. Just throw some blueberries in and your good to go, doesn't even need to be heated![]()
I tend to do oats + whey (scoop of each) + water + a bit of strawberry powder..
Really quite easy...

@mrthingyx - appreciate your input, very insightful. I took craze last night and it certainly did provide some good benefits over my normal pre-workout coffee. I was a lot more focused, energy was up and rest times were reduced. Down sides were reduced appetite after training (some people like this on a cut) and I did have a little more difficulty going to sleep.
