Tip - put the scoop in a glass and stir with a spoon rather than shake. You'll get no foam this way and can neck it easier.
 
Good idea, hate having to leave that last bit in the bottom for a few minuets until it turns back into a liquid :D

Next week im going to intake little to no caffeine to try and get the best effects from it. Deload anyways so I don't really need it, Hopefully this will help be break though 200! :D

not sure if its been mentioned but Holland and barrett are having a buy one get one half price sale on ALL their items in store today (and i presume other days)

stocked up on some Peanut butter and Oat bran.

well worth checking out.
 
I have my whey with oats every morning. Just throw some blueberries in and your good to go, doesn't even need to be heated ;)
 
I tend to do oats + whey (scoop of each) + water + a bit of strawberry powder..

Really quite easy...

Pretty much, apart from I have 80g of rolled oats not instant or anything, :)

Been having porridge this last week or so, just 'cause I've been craving a warm breakfast on these cold mornings!

Heh :D Me too, been blasting it for a minute to put some warmth in...Helps with defrosting the blueberries too ;)
 
@mrthingyx - appreciate your input, very insightful. I took craze last night and it certainly did provide some good benefits over my normal pre-workout coffee. I was a lot more focused, energy was up and rest times were reduced. Down sides were reduced appetite after training (some people like this on a cut) and I did have a little more difficulty going to sleep.

I warned you about the sleep pal :D haha.

Im not too bad if I take it around 4pm, but after 6pm and Im pretty screwed for the evening.

I took some yesterday afternoon for an earlier gym session, around 1.30pm.

I worked out until 2.30pm and then I had a class to go to from 3.30pm.

Can tell you now, the class normally puts me to sleep but I was wired :)
 
The new flavour watermelon tastes like actual watermelon, it's quite peculiar. Old style watermelon tasted FANTASTIC, but nothing like actual watermelon!

So... basically I'll just pick one and see haha. I get through it very slowly as I only train fasted if I'm training weekends or when I'm on nights as otherwise I have to go after work, so probably not worth getting one of the bigger tubs.
 
The first time I bought whey, I thought WTF is up with all the flavours...

I swear I picked mint chocolate, but when I got the receipt it said unflavoured :(
