Supplements the debate/discussion thread

Early this year, someone posted a link to these Vitamin D 5000iu tabs, like £12 for 360, think it was an Amazon seller. Well I'm down to my last few of these now and can't find them anywhere :(

Anyone got a link if they know what I'm talking about. I know a few people bought them from here

^^ Been using those for years.

Question - who here supplements with CoQ10?

Reason I mention, is that with vit D - high doses can lead to hypertension - coq10 may help mitigate that risk.

Other than the fact that all the research seems to praise coq10 to be a decent pro-health compound.

2500 - 5000 is recommended, i take 5000.

Healthy Origins is the brand i use, purchased from Amazon.

360 softgels, 1 capsule is 5000iu and you take it once a day.

Looks like there's a new supplement supplier just opened up, doing the same thing as bulkpowders/myprotein etc. They're more expensive it seems, but they do have the create your own blend, which some might find useful (MP used to do this).

Need to tweak the ratios a little and see how it goes serving/kg etc... this site has potential, and will cost less in the grand scheme of things.
